So it has been told that not all Slow Cooker are healthy.  I have to be honest with you guys, I was one of those people who bought into this.  I pride myself in cooking tasty healthy meals everyday.  And there is no way you can do that in a Slow Cooker, all my healthy meals had to come from my favorite stainless steel cookware.

Wrong!!!  Recently I have to admit I was proven wrong.  YOU CAN Make healthy tasty recipes in the slow cooker and it is super easy.  Today I want to share 10 tasty and healthy slow cooker recipes with you. So with out further a do.

1. Slow Cooker Salmon with Lemon and Herbs
